Autosomal DOMINANT, complete penetrance.
Has anticipation ->CAG Repeats increase with generation
Traid = chorea/athetosis, dementia, behavioral change
Sx worsen with LEVODOPA (Dont misdiagnose as PD)
Tx = maage choreathetosis with neuroleptics (like haloperidol, D receptor blockers AE= tardive dyskinesia)
