Q

Patterns - EAT ME - water

A

” was his Jacuzzi” - metaphorically transformed into an object of pleasure. A Jacuzzi is warm, enclosed, reflecting her constraints
• “A beached whale…craving a wave” - suggests helplessness and longing for movement/escape, as whales stranded on land die.
FINAL SHIFT
• “A tidal wave of flesh” - her body becomes an unstoppable force, drownsher abuser.
This reversal of power is significant: she transforms from the passive Jacuzzi to an active tidal wave.
