What is the default location for EICAS?
DU2.
What is the purpose of CURSOR INHIB switch?
It disables the trackball of the associated CCP. Cursor arrows on the MKP still function.
What is the purpose of the DSPL TUNE INHIB on the RSP?
Display tuning is inhibited using the CNS page (green bar illuminates to indicate inhibit mode).
When display tuning is inhibited with both CTPs inop, VHF comms auto tune to 121.5.
What is the purpose of the ADS & IRS switches on the RSP?
Allows manual selection of an alternate source for the selected display.
What is the purpose of the FD/AT ALTN switch?
It allows the transfer of the FD/AT source from the active DMC to the STBY DMC.
(The default channel changes everyday at power up).
What are the pitch limit indicators (PLIs) set for takeoff in normal mode?
17* UP & -20* DN
How are the ROLL LIMIT markings indicated on the roll scale arc?
Inverted green L-shaped marks.

When is the PFD has decluttered, what parameters are required to restore normal PFD settings?
Pitch between 25* NU and -15* ND and bank less than 60*.
What occurs when the flight path vector is indicated in green dashed lines and to the side of the ADI?
The non-conformal “ghost” flight path vector appears when the FPV is outside ADI display limits due to high crosswinds.
How is the acceleration cue indicated on the ADI?
As a green pointer on the left wing of the FPV
What does the airspeed trend vector indicate?
The speed the aircraft will be at in 10 seconds at the current acceleration or deceleration.
How is the speed error tape indicated on the ADI?
Displayed as a green scale that extends above or below the FPV left wing.
What does each tick mark represent on the speed error tape?
5 knots.
What is the maximum indication possible on the speed error tape?
15 knots.
How id the best lift/drag speed displayed on the airspeed tape?
Green dot.
