- R2 Primary will commence Initial Ditching Commands and fit lifejacket.
- Take torch and proceed to the overwing.
- Check exits safe to open.
- Control the opening of all overwing exits. Passenger assistance may be required.
- If time permits, Launch Rafts (if carried), one after the other on each side to assist in deployment.
- If Assist Cabin Crew, or the Flight Crew are able to assist utilise them in controlling passengers and launching liferafts.
- Ensure correct inflation.
