target lesions
initially seen on the back of the hands/feet before spreading to torso
upper limbs more commonly affected
pruritus seen occansionally

A
herpes simplex virus
idiopathic
bacterial: mycoplasma, strep
drugs: penicillin, suphonamides, cabamazepine, allopurinol, NSAIDs, oral contraceptive, nevirapine
connective tissue disease: SLE
sarcoidosis
malignancy
