A
high factor sun cream
predominant erythema/flushing: topical brimonide gel
mild-moderate papules or pustules: topical ivermectin (alternative: topical metronidazole or azelaic acid)
moderate-severe: combination topical ivermectin + oral doxycycline

A
symptoms not improved with optimal management
- laser therapy for patients with prominent telangiectasia
