    • generalised tonic-clonic

A

exclude other DDx of seizures ie

  • epilepsy
  • meningitis, encephalitis
  • SoL
  • electrolyte imbalance
  • trauma
  • syncopal episode

A

identify & manage source of infection + antipyretics

  • simple- no further rx required
  • complex- further ix required
