-Soft corns next (15%)
then use Once daily-Q2D for 6 days

SA preps (gel)
use patches for several months
OTC freezing products (apply Q2-3wks) about 4 repeats
Duct tape - daily use x 2 months
oral zinc/cimetidine
Tx for warts for kid
it is safe to use SA and OTC cryotherapy
What can be used for plantar fasciitis
strassburg socks
What can be used for heel spurs?

stretching
icing the arch
sound waves

all of these have to be used for an average of 9 months
What should be cautioned with diabetic foot care?
corns and warts should not be self med
foot ulcers should be treated with Rx (urea 10% – kerytolytic)
What is skin tag removal?
often found around the neck and directly under arm
soft easily movable tissue
can be removed 2 app/lesion (max)
has to be 3 mm or smaller
if larger or does not go away after 2 applications go to MD to get removed
