Everyone agrees on the values ( things seen as important) of society

The idea that the rewards from the education system come from your own hard work

What is secondary socialisation and how does it benefit society
A
Education teaches students the basic norms and values of society and builds on those taught in the home
For example - Raising your hand when wanting to speak and treating everyone equally and with respect
This benefits society as everyone acts the same which means society will run harmoniously.
