What does S in smart stand for
Specific- specific to the demands of the sport/muscles used /movement patters.
What does the M in SMART stand for?
Measureable- possible to measure whether it has been achieved or not
What does the A in SMART stand for?
Accepted-Accepted and agreed by the performer and the performers coach
What does the R in SMART stand for?
Realistic - It must be possible to actually achieve it
What does the T in SMART stand for?
Time-bound- it must be set over a fixed period of time.
