A

Ensures all projects are designed in accordance with H&S in mind.

What happens at a site induction?
Runs through safety rules on site, hazards I may be exposed to and generally how to work safely on site. Sign in to the site. Go to the site office. Attend the induction; put on PPE and have an assisted / guided walk round site with the site manager to become aware of the site – fire exits, emergency exits.

Plan, manage, monitor and coordinate H&S in the entire construction phase. Take account of H&S risk to everyone affected by the work incl. public. Liaise with client & PD for the duration of the project to ensure all risks are managed. Prepare construction phase plan and update accordingly.
