A

Type I - slow contracting, oxidative metabolism, abundant mitochondria & myoglobin; resistant to fatigue/produce lesser force

Type IIa - intermediate

Type IIb - fast contracting, anaerobic metabolism, few mitochondria & less myoglobin; fatigued easily/produce greater force
