Is the team comfortable reaching out to the clinicians?
Yes, our staff is vetted to have the appropriate communication level to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Are you guys working US Time?
Most of our team will work during your shift. However, our QA and Coding team may work asynchronously with you with some hours overlapping.
What is the source of communication for urgent questions?
We can align with whatever communication your onshore team is currently using. With our current clients, we use a mix of Zoom, Teams and RingCentral.
How can we collaborate to ensure everything runs as smoothly as if they were just down the hall?
Your team will work during your office hours and will be available to you on your preferred communication channels. We have SLAs that will ensure they respond to you in a timely manner. These are typically 5 minutes for chat and 2 hours for emails.
