What should be recorded on service test results for tested OOS hose?

A

Identify coupling
leaks (Male or female coupling) on the “OOS” report along with the test date and
hose ID number. Mark leaks in the hose between the couplings with black
marker; tag hose with OOS tag. Tie an overhand knot in the section in need of
repair and store it at your station. Send the hose testing worksheet to the water
supply coordinator.
10. Include your Station #, size, color, and length of hose needing repaired or
replaced.
