this focuses on the worksite. this includes considerations such as access, terrain and infrastructures ( e.g. buildings)

focuses on the task or activity to be untertaken. This includes stuff like tools, equipment or machinery to be used, individuals undertaking the task or livestock/animals that individuals will interact with
