- orthostatische hypotensie
- hoofdpijn
- reflextachycardie
- extreme hypotensie (tgv combi fosfodiësterase V inhibitoren)
tolerantie!!

verlaagde hartfrequentie dus verhoogd einddiastolisch V dus beetje verhoging O2 nood

- vasospastische angor
- niet-vasospastische angor als bèta blokker niet gaat

onderhoud (na AMI) & bij niet-vasospastische angor
nooit bij acuut!
