+ fever, rash, nodes
no uveitis
+ destructive arthritis
+ leukocytosis, anemia, elevated ESR
no ANA
rarely RF

Most common
peaks at 2-3 yrs
affects large joints but not hips
uveitis common
destructive arthritis rare
mildly elevated ESR
+ANA
-RF

2nd most common
peaks at age 2-5, 10-14
+/- ANA, soemtimes RF
