  1. Repress: involuntary removal of object out of
    conscious awareness (失憶)
  2. Denial: refuse of recognising the existing of object (拒絕承認)
  3. Reaction formation (打不過便加入)
  4. Projection :attributing disturbing impulse to other (唔係我唔鍾意佢係佢唔鍾意我
  5. Regression: back to state where is less frustration (我要食魚翅)
  6. Rationalisation: 合理化 seems more acceptable to us
