What are the acidic (an ionic drugs that bind to albumin?
Phenytoin
Ibuprofen
Naproxen
Warfarin
EX: Asprin will bind to albumin and displace warfarin from it causing an increase in free warfarin
What are the basic (cationic drugs) that bind to albumin
Proparanolol
Lidocaine
verapamil
These will displace other drugs off of albumin
