90 - 95 degrees abduction 0 degrees adduction 40 - 60 degrees of extension 90 to 100 degrees of flexion 70 to 90 degrees of internal & external rotation

O - medial 1/2 of clavicle, coastal cartilage first 6 ribs
I - lateral lip of bicipital groove
N - medial & lateral perctoral nerve
A - internal rotation, adduction, horizontal adduction

O - posterior ilium, spinous processes of sacrum to T6
I - floor of bicipital groove
N - thoracodorsal nerve

O - inferior angle of scapula
I - medial lip of bicipital groove
N - lower subscapular nerve
A - adduction, internal rotation, extension

O - lateral 1/3 of clavicle, acromion and spine of scapula I - deltoid tuberosity N - axillary nerve A - Anterior = flexion Middle = abduction Posterior = extension

I - middle 1/3 of humerus
N - musculocutaneous nerve

O - subscapular fossa
I - lesser tubercle
N - upper & lower subscapular nerve

O - supraspinatus fossa
I - greater tubercle
N - suprascapular nerve
A - abduct to 30 degrees (middle deltoid past 30 degrees)
