MCP = condyloid
PIP & DIP = hinge
What is the degree of flexion, extension, abduction and adduction in the wrist?
Flexion = 70 - 90 degrees Extension = 65 - 85 degrees Abduction = 15 - 25 degrees Adduction = 25 - 40 degrees
