What is a Tailor's bunion?
prominence of the 5th met head that may be directed dorsolaterally, laterally, or plantarly
In a Tailor's bunion, the 5th met assumes what position?
dorsiflexed, abducted, and everted position
(plantar concavity becomes positioned laterally, making it appear curved)
What is a splayfoot deformity?
increased 1st-2nd IMA (>12 deg) and increased 4th-5th IMA (>8 deg)
