- inner areas such as Notting Hill have been gentrified pushing out locals
- very culturally diverse with over 50% not white
- Brixton has population that is over 95% black ethnic background but thus area has high crime and low quality housing which causes cultural segregation as fewer opportunities

- over 550 zero emission buses
- London living wage of 13.85 compared to national 12.60 so people earn around 5000 more annually but itβs optional so not effective
- affordable housing created with legislation suggesting 60% or more should be affordable
- mostly built in poorer belugas so patterns continue to occur. (49% in Waltham Forest, 1% in Chelsea)
