  • Elizabeth line project cost 19 billion and serves 200 million passengers annually
  • over 550 zero emission buses
  • London living wage of 13.85 compared to national 12.60 so people earn around 5000 more annually but it’s optional so not effective
  • affordable housing created with legislation suggesting 60% or more should be affordable
  • mostly built in poorer belugas so patterns continue to occur. (49% in Waltham Forest, 1% in Chelsea)
  • 6000 units in Tower Hamlets and 800 in Bromley
