Holds scapula against thoracic wall

Rhomboideus Major
Holds scapula to rib cage and retracts scapula

Supraspinatus
Abducts the arm at the shoulder joint

Infraspinatus
External (lateral) rotation of the arm at the shoulder

Teres Minor
Holds humeral head and helps externally rotate arm

Teres Major
Interanally roates and adducts humerus

Latissimus Dorsi
Shoulder extension

Deltoid
Arm abduction

Biceps Brachii
Flexes arm at elbow, and supinates forarm

Brachialis
Flexes arm at elbow joint

Brachioradialis
Flexes the forarm at the elbow

Triceps Brachii
Extends arm at elbow

Pronator Teres
Pronates the forarm

Supinator
Supinates the forarm

Flexor Digitorum
Flextion of the phalanges
