with > 25850kg ( 89350-63500) FOB incl reserves, BRW is determined by MBRW (89350)

This means the actual ZFW will be

Then 'actual ZFW' is known and so the MBRW is determined by fuel loaded in addition to the 'ActZFW'.

This is either Min fuel (company policy/Max fuel - Max fuel may be;
≤ 31 402kg (tank capacity)

Max fuel permitted will be the difference between ActZFW and either BRW/LW/Structural Weight limits
