Dx ?
primary proximal myopathy, symptoms worsen in teen age, CK 5times, X-linked (dont affect females), myoglobinuria and cardiomegaly.
Duchene. Dx ?
Present in childhood, more severe symptoms earlier, much higher CK level.
cluster headache.
prophylaxis ?
PO verapamil.
MM Rx ?
Renal imapairment +
cyclo + Dexa + Bortezomib
Neurosyphillis Rx ?
Procaine Penicillin + Probenacid

(doxy - 3 to 4 weeks, if penicillin allergy)
*Imp Diagnostic tests ?
1) EMG/NCG ?
2) Autoimmune profile ?
3) B12 levels
4) Muscle biopsy
1) MND - remember no sensory loss
2) predominant symmetrical proximal muscle weakness
3) Distal muscle weakness + peripheral sensory neuropathy
4) exclude inflammatory muscle condition
Benzodiazepam overdose Rx ?
Ventilation
using flumazenil - precipitate seizures (as pt is chronic user of alcohol/TCA).
Fomepizol use ?
Rx methanol/ethylene glycol toxicity
