Define a meter:
A meter is a unit of measurement designing length decided in the beginning of the 19th century. The measure became more precise with the advance of technology, but it was first officially declared as being 1 000 000 000th

-62 208 000
-hour (60 minutes)
-day (24 hours)
-month (about 30 days)
-year (12 months)
How do you add time?
Like any normal addition, but in two parts.
+ 3 45
5 75 More than 60 min?
+ 1 - 60 Take away 60 and add one hour
6 15 2h30min+3h45min=6h15min
