When a PREDICTIVE W/S alert

“WINDSHEAR AHEAD” or “GO-AROUND WINDSHEAR”

is triggered.

If the flighcrew makes a positive verification

that NO HAZARD EXISTS, then the alert may be

DISREGARDED, as long as:

  • No other signs of Poss. W/S conditions
  • The reactive Windshear Sys is Operational
