A

Examples: various managers from top management to supervisors, peers, suppliers, customers, government, and many others.
Each has difference interests and needs that need to be addressed.

What does a stakeholder management plan include?

A
  • Strategy in dealing with each stakeholder: monitor, involve, collaborate.
  • Interrelationship between various stakeholders.
  • Communication requirements for each stakeholder.
  • How information is to be distributed, in what format and language (if it applies) it is to be distributed, and the required level of detail.
  • Reason for distribution of information to stakeholder.
  • Time frame and frequency of distribution.

Should be considered confidential since it contains a lot of sensitive information regarding each stakeholder.
