What is the Risk of Malignancy Index (RMI)?
RMI = U x M x CA125 U = USS score M = Menopausal status
What is the staging of ovarian cancer?
1 = limited to ovaries 2 = one or both ovaries with pelvic extension 3 = one or both with implants outside the pelvis or nodes 4 = distant mets

What is ovarian cancer screening?
Population screening not proven High risk -Cancer gene mutation carriers -2 or more relatives Pelvic examination US of ovaries CA125
Not recommended, limited sensitivity and specificity
