A

-Small opacification: osteochondral fracture: medial facet of patella strikes lateral femoral condyle -Lipohaemarthrosis can be seen

Treatment of patellar instability?

A

-Physiotherapy to strengthen quadriceps -If recurrent dislocation is frequent: -Tibial tubercle transfer -Medial patellofemoral ligament (MPFL) reconstruction: tendon autograft
