Asymmetrical oligoarthritis may affect hands
Similar pattern to RA
Spondylitis
Dactylitis
Enthesitis
Nail changes - pitting, onchylosis
Some have predilection for arthritis of DIP
5% have arthritis mutilans = aggressive and destructive form

how is it managed?
A
DMARDs - methotrexate if doesnt respond - anti-TNF
Large joints affected - joint replacement considered
DIP joint fusion
