A
Splint with medial arch support to avoid rupture IF THIS FAILS Surgical decompression & tenosynovectomy may prevent rupture

A
Tendon transfer may be performed: if foot remains supple with no OA, to prevent secondary OA Calcaneal osteotomy may reduce stress
