Logistics is

Prescribed load consists of the following:

Demand Supported (ZV lines) repair part requirements:
• This MRP type can only be assigned to a material by GCSS-Army. It cannot be
manually assigned by a User.
• This MRP type requires a reorder point quantity value.
Non-demand Supported (PD lines) repair parts:
- Limited to 15 lines.
- Must be essential (EC “C” listed in the AMDF on FEDLOG) and a maintenance use code of “O” (located in end item TM).
Initial Stockage (ZP Lines):
Provided as necessary for newly introduced end items.
These items do not count against Demand supported or Non-demand
Supported repair parts.
Materials with this MRP type are not considered for deletion by MRP for two
years.
Command Add (ZM lines) repair parts:
• Used for DMPL inventory.

Diagnostic Mandatory Parts List

is to maintain the highest possible state of
readiness through diagnosis and repair of faults in
NMC equipment and to ensure availability of
combat/mission essential assets at or near the firing
battery to preclude extended downtime for lack of
repair parts.

welding rods, sandpaper, gasket material, sheet metal, seals, oils,
grease, and repair kits.
Quality Deficiency Report (QDR):
Used to report initial failures on a part.
Supply Deficiency Report (SDR):.
