Access Administrator- Unit-level management of user access
• AAs work with their Commander or Manager to ensure that the right system access is provided to the appropriate individuals for the correct period of time.
• Identify potential system users within your Scope of Operations (SoO) who have a legitimate need to access GCSS-Army.
• Transfer users from one position to another within your SoO.
• Disable the access of users who should no longer be GCSS-Army users.
• Create and maintain substitutions, which allow existing users who hold one position to temporarily have the access afforded by another position.
• Lock & Unlock users, as needed.

manages access within their organization and perform all transactions available to the VUS_UNIT_SUPPLY position.
Maintenance Manager -
Performs duties as an BMO/BMT/BMS/ Shop Officer or civilian equivalent.
