A

It is reflected anterior to cover:
1. Seminal vesicles upper poles
2. Upper part of base
3. Upper surface of urinary bladder
forming rectovesical pouch which is bounded anterolateral by sacrogenital fold (extends from sides of bladder base to sacrum anterior aspect)

  1. Lateral: pelvis side walls forming Right and left paravesical fossae
  2. Anterior and upwards: anterior abdominal wall lower part forming:
    - Median umbilical fold over median umbilical ligament (obliterated urachus)
    - Medial umbilical folds over medial umbilical ligaments
    (obliterated umbilical arteries)
    - Lateral umbilical folds over inferior epigasteric vessels
