Rule of thumb landing performance is based on?

A

The DHC 8-311 can land at all airfields with a LDA of 1300 metres or greater (subject to WAT limits):
- Wet or dry runway (basic LD x 1.64)
- Propeller de-ice off with up to 10kts tailwind
- Propeller de-ice on with zero tailwind
