Jahoda said you must possess all 6 criterias to have ideal mental health. Abscence of 1 shows abnormality.
- Self attitudes- strong self of identity/ high self esteem
- self-actualisation and personal growth-reach full potential
-intergration- dealing with stressful situations
-autonomy- being independent
-mastery of the environment
-having an accurate represntation of reality
