What is current measured with?
An ammeter
What is voltage measured with?
A voltmeter
The higher the voltage, the higher the __________
current
V
voltmeter

I|
power supply
wiggly line
loose wire
X in a circle
bulb
Arrow going across a box
a variable resistor
Describe an experiment to investigate how the resistance of a lamp changes with different voltages supplied to it, and name all the apparatus
Apparatus
Power supply/battery
Voltmeter
Ammeter
Some wires
Bulb
Variable resistor
1.Set up your equipment in the way above
2. Turn on your PSU, and record the voltage and current readings
3. On the variable resistor set the resistance to 1omega
4. Measure the voltage and current again.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 at least 4 more times
6. To calculate the resistance, divide voltage by current
