What is a culdoscopy?

endoscopy for vewing recto-uterine pouch

How do you perform a culdoscopy?

go through posterior part of vaginal fornix to view ovaries.
(can also use laparoscopy where you go through abdomin and few)

yes you can it is called tubal pregnancy
2 things can happen: tubual abortion or it can rupture broad ligament and cause abdominal bleeding

she should not lay on her back, it can cause shock and death
