endoscopy for vewing recto-uterine pouch

go through posterior part of vaginal fornix to view ovaries.

yes you can it is called tubal pregnancy
2 things can happen: tubual abortion or it can rupture broad ligament and cause abdominal bleeding

she should not lay on her back, it can cause shock and death
