What do you understand ‘equalisation’ or ‘normalisation’ to be?
Tender normalisation is a method used in the evaluation of tenders to standardise scores and ensure a fair comparison between different bids
What is a negotiated Tender
Single sourced contractor and negotiates the terms of a contract, rather than engaging in a competitive bidding process.

Arithmetical check, review and resolve clarifications, tender report with recommendation.

Was recorded in the tender queries and the tender report included a audit of the whole tender process
