Negative = A release was commanded but did not occur e.g. hung stores
Inadvertent = Crew accidentally pull the trigger
Irregular = Happened out of nowhere and on its own e
Stores Malfunction = After release from the ACFT the WPN has an issue e.g. hellfire to the moon
