what is compliance
it is conforming to the group or person influencing behaviour or belief at a public level but retaining one’s private belief and once pressure is removed then conformity ceases
what is identidfication
conforming to social roles and expectations so you are identifying with the role expected which tends to be because of the they value the membership of a particular group so will conform to their behaviours or opinions

it is a permant change normally and has long lasting effect so it is a true change
