Q

Primary & secondary data

A

Primary data: Data collected firsthand by the researcher. It is original and specific to the research purpose.

Secondary data: Data that has already been collected by someone else for a different purpose, such as reports, books, or online databases. It is readily available and often used to supplement primary research.
