What are stakeholders?
Person, group or organisation with an interest in the project
What is the project charter?
Statement of the scope, objectives & participants
What is the project management plan?
Guides project execution & control. Includes assumptions & decisions, scope, cost, & schedule baselines. Facilitates communication
What is the baseline?
Plans & documents approved by PM team. Used to measure & control project activities.
