What is the purpose of RAM?

A

To present a robust security posture from which a terrorist cannot easily discern patterns and routines that are vulnerable to attack. To throw terrorists off from our normal routines. ie change the time you leave your house, don’t eat at the same restaurant for lunch, etc

Naval Vessel Protective Zone (NVPZ)

A

a) all vessels within 500 yards of a naval vessel shall operate at the minimum speed necessary to maintain a safe course
b) no vessel is allowed within 100 yards of a naval vessel
c) vessels requesting to pass within 100 yards shall contact official patrol on VHF channel 16

Protection zones are felonies punishable up to 6 years in prison and up to $250,000
