Describe Organisational Skills
Manages time and resources to complete tasks. Plans the work of the office and ensure filing systems procedures are used by everyone
Describe Time management Skills
Being able to schedule and and prioritise tasks, ensuring those with a higher priority are completed first. Must do this for all staff within the office.
Describe Delegation Skills
Able to assign tasks fairly and to those best suited for the work. Gives them the responsibility of routine tasks whilst you can focus on more high level tasks.
Describe Communication Skills
Someone who will listen to instructions carefully and act on these with minimal support.
