Describe the personal development plan
Document which records the development of an employee, identifies the steps for this employees career to progress. Must be discussed with manager and the target agreed upon.
Describe the Action plan
Document which records large/long term projects. The purpose and resources are clearly identified. It should include: The break down, tasks and responsibilities and the time for completion.
Describe a To - Do list
A note which lists the tasks to be completed over a period of time. Used daily and makes tasks more manageable as the tasks are organised.
Describe Gantt Charts
A chart that representants planned work against work completed using a Timeline. Allows Managers to identify tasks that are behind schedule and whom those tasks belong to.
Describe E - Diarys
A digital tool used to manage meeting and appointments. allows easy editing , shared access, to do lists and reminders.
