The ability to champnge position and control body at speed
Balance
Being able to keep body stable while at rest or on the move
Co-prdination
The ability to use two or more body parts together
Power
Ability to undertake strength performances quickly (power = strength x speed)
Reaction time
The time between a stimulus and a movement in response to it
Speed
The rate which an individual can perform a move,ent or cover a distance
