Coordination
The ability to use two or more body parts together
Power
The ability to undertake strength performances quickly

The ability to change position quicky and control the body at speed

Being able to keep the body stable while at rest or moving

Foot-eye coordination for a footballer when striking or passing a ball or controlling it

High jump and jumping as it requires power in the legs at takeoff
Power equation
Power = strength x speed

A goalkeeper when reacting to a shot and making a save

Leg speed-sprinting
Hand speed-boxing
